What payment options do you accept?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard delivery time for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday is next day delivery. However, please note that certain items may not be eligible for next day delivery due to varying stock availability or shipping restrictions. We advise that you refer to the product description for accurate delivery times and any additional information. Are your items authentic?

Yes - we pride ourselves on only selling genuine products. Each item is hand authenticated by our team of experts to ensure that every item is authentic and up to standard.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for all products you purchase from our store. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the items within 14 days of your purchase, and the product needs to be in its original packaging, with tags/labels attached. For trainers, they must be unworn and in the condition we sent them out in. We accept returns via Royal Mail, Evri & UPS. Please note we cannot refund the cost of the return label.

How does sourcing work?

We have worked hard over numerous years to build up a connection with reputable suppliers and retailers to ensure we have all products available when requested. Once your order has been placed, our team will work to source your item within 1-2 days. We hand authenticate every item that is sourced, and ship out to you within 1 day. This process can take between 2-7 days in total. Please note that sourcing may take longer to due availability of the requested item - we will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
